Radhoo Tulum

My wife and I loved our relaxing October babymoon at Radhoo. Pure chill by the pool with books and sunshine for a week. The incredible staff, complimentary breakfast, and thoughtful manager (who surprised me with homemade tamales!) made it perfect. Beach was lovely, but the pool area stole the show. Stay here for serene Tulum vibes, to recenter, refocus, or whatever floats your boat it was well worth it!

My friends and I stayed at Radhoo for 3 nights during a girls trip to celebrate all our upcoming birthdays. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with so much warmth and hospitality. Everyone we met was so kind and helpful and really tried to make our experience the best it could be. We were greeted with welcome drinks and when we got to our rooms, 1 was decorated for a birthday with cards from the staff, and the other had a bottle of champagne. We were then told to let them know when we would want it opened and they would bring a chilled one for us to wherever we wanted it. Which they did, they brought it to the pool for us while we enjoyed an evening dip. The breakfast in the mornings was healthy and tasty and we enjoyed our slow mornings. The grounds are beautiful and truly make you feel like you’ve been transported. The grounds are maintained beautifully and with extra care, the rooms are cozy and creative. Everything was fantastic! We absolutely loved staying at the Radhoo and would recommend it 10/10. We stayed the next few nights at an all inclusive and even though everything was included, the experience could not light a match to Radhoo. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money, it is worth it.

An amazing place for couples and families, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. We accidentally booked the wrong room, but the staff kindly upgraded us for free. Outstanding service, comfortable yet exclusive vibes. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

We recently stayed at Radhoo Hotel in Tulum and were so impressed by the overall experience. The property is beautiful and peaceful, with a true jungle getaway feel. Our room was spacious and well-presented, the bed was very comfortable, and everything felt carefully designed to promote relaxation. The pool area was a highlight — well maintained, inviting, and perfect for unwinding after a day out. What really set Radhoo apart, however, was the exceptional service from the team. Nothing was too much trouble, and every request was handled with genuine care. A special mention goes to Liz on reception, who was absolutely outstanding. She organised dinner reservations, booked beach clubs, arranged transfers, and even helped with car hire. Her professionalism was matched by her warm, friendly manner — truly one of the most accommodating people I’ve met in hospitality. During our stay, the atmosphere was very calm and quiet, which we enjoyed and believe is exactly the energy the hotel aims to create. It’s located further down from the main area, so if you’re seeking peace and relaxation, this is ideal. If you prefer a livelier, party vibe, it may be a little too quiet for you. The only small downside was some unclear information on additional fees through a third-party booking site. This was quickly resolved by the hotel team, and it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment. In short, Radhoo is perfect for those wanting a serene Tulum escape, with personalised service that truly makes you feel looked after. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and grateful for the wonderful hospitality.

We held our wedding across the street from Radhoo at Xela and hosted many of our wedding guests at Radhoo. I stayed at Radhoo in July when I was visiting to finalize wedding details with my mom. We had an amazing time, and similarly the feedback from our wedding guests on this trip was extremely positive. We also spent plenty of time during this past stay by the pool and restaurant at Radhoo. The staff were incredible in their willingness to go above and beyond to allow our guests to flow seamlessly between the Namron properties. Alejandra and the reception staff were accommodating and thoughtful, and left a great impression, even gathering lost and found each day for our guests. The restaurant and bar staff were outstanding as well, and the poolside service was attentive and prompt, doing a great job of remembering our names and faces while guests shuffled around the pool seating. The food and drink is amazing. I’d recommend the breakfast burrito and banana bread. Also loved the shrimp tacos and fish tacos as well as the burger. I could eat their french fries for with every meal. To anyone looking to book an event between Namron properties, Radhoo is an amazing option for hosting large groups. Tucked into the jungle, the rooms have a secluded and private vibe, but the hotel as a whole had a communal feel. The pool is huge and there was plenty of room for our large party. We booked out the entire hotel and never felt crowded or slowed down despite being at capacity. We also hosted an afterparty by the pool after our reception and the staff did a terrific job of staging a little bar of margarita pitchers and cups already rimmed in salt and tajin - a really nice touch. Thank you, Radhoo staff for being so amazing during our dream wedding weekend!

This was my fourth stay at Radhoo, and I’ve loved visiting almost every year since it opened. The staff continue to be amazing — always kind, attentive, and clearly proud of what they do. Their service is a big part of why I keep coming back. That said, the property is starting to show a little wear compared to the early years. The pool lounge covers, towels, and robes could use a refresh, and I was also a bit disappointed to learn that breakfast mains are no longer included in the stay and are now charged separately. The only real frustration during my stay was with billing for food and drinks. The menu prices are listed in USD, but the checks are presented in MXN pesos, and THEN when settling the final account, the charges are converted back to USD using a less favorable exchange rate. Unfortunately, this made the total slightly higher than expected. By the time I noticed, my card had already been charged, and I was told I couldn’t be billed directly in pesos — even though my card offers a better exchange rate. Spa charge was in USD and billed in USD. It was a disappointing and felt a bit misleading and I hope can be addressed to ensure transparency for future guests. Overall, I still have great affection for Radhoo — it remains a beautiful, serene property with some of the warmest staff you’ll find anywhere. I only hope that management takes a closer look at these operational and billing details to maintain the level of excellence that made Radhoo stand out in the first place.
